Do you warranty sod?
Sod is a living organic product, so we cannot warranty it after installation. However, if a patch fails due to bad sod (not watering), we will work with you on a replacement.
Do you just throw sod down on top of the lawn?
No. We do full soil prep including tilling, topsoil, grading, and irrigation checks before laying a single roll.
When is the best time to install sod?
There isn't necessarily an "ideal" time to install sod — we install all year round! Our customers typically prefer spring, summer, and fall, but call us to find out more about winter installation.
